The UCI congratulates the eighth “Gold Rider” of the UCI Golden Bike series
The International Cycling Union (UCI) expresses its warmest congratulations to Mr Roger Van de Casteele who has become the eighth member of the UCI Traveller’s Club to have participated in all the events of the UCI Golden Bike series.
